Courses cover the fundamental principles of the psychology field and various psychotherapy techniques from a non-clinical lens. As a student, you’ll complete five foundation courses, nine core courses, and two electives. Sample courses include:
- Theories of Counseling and Psychotherapy: Examine the major theoretical approaches to the practice of counseling and psychotherapy; explore key assumptions of various applied theories; and learn about strategies for effecting change.
